Mustilizans dierli is a moth in the Endromidae family. It was described by Holloway in 1987.[1] It is found on Borneo and in China (Yunnan).[2] It is found at altitudes ranging from the lowlands to 2,000 meters.

The wingspan is 25–28 mm.[3]
