Major General Muhammad Zia-Ur-Rahman, ndc, psc was the pioneer General Officer Commanding of Bangladesh Army ARTDOC

Mymensingh Cantonment Once have the HQ of 19th Infantry Division. Its now the Headquarters of ARTDOC.[1][2] It consists of its Headquarters, Battle Group and all the Training Institutions of Bangladesh Army. The pioneer GOC (General Officer Commanding) of ARTDOC was Major General Ziaur Rahman.[3]
