Návojná is a village and municipality (obec) in Zlín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8 square kilometres (3.1 sq mi), and has a population of 707 (as at 28 August 2006).
Návojná lies approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) south-east of Zlín and 284 km (176 mi) south-east of Prague.
