Nailstone is a village and civil parish in the Hinckley and Bosworth district of Leicestershire, England, situated to the west of Leicester and 3 miles (5 km) north-east of Market Bosworth.[1] According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 521,[2] reducing slightly to 514 at the 2011 census.[3]

Dove Bank Primary School is located just outside the village.[4] The catchment area for the school also includes the neighbouring village of Bagworth.
