iCarly
On iCarly, Kress plays Fredward "Freddie" Benson, the technical producer for the fictional web-show iCarly, which stars his character's two best friends, Carly Shay and Samantha "Sam" Puckett.[2][3] His character has a crush on the main character Carly Shay (played by series star Miranda Cosgrove), and a feuding, bitter-sweet, love/hate relationship with Carly's best friend and web-show co-star, Sam Puckett (played by Jennette McCurdy).[4]

Kress also starred with Christopher Meloni in the made-for-television movie Gym Teacher: The Movie, which aired on Nickelodeon in September 2008. One reviewer noted that Kress and co-star had "sweet rapport".[6]
