The National Sukuk Program is a program run by the Dubai bonds company and initiated by the Dubai government to provide a low-risk saving option for citizens of the UAE and other people. It is purely Islamic as it is managed using the sukuk concept. It gives a returns average 2.89% annually, usually it is higher the normal banks return. It also encourage the population to save by offering a generous draw monthly and weekly to reward its regular savers.
