Neotelphusa huemeri is a moth of the Gelechiidae family. It is found in Portugal,[1] Spain, southern France and on Corsica and Sardinia.[2]

The larvae feed on Cistus salvifolius, Cistus laurifolius, Cistus monspeliensis and Cistus psilosepalus.
