Neustar IP Intelligence, formerly Quova, is a company that identifies the geographical location of website visitors based on their IP address. Customers include Major League Baseball, which uses the service to black out MLB.tv content in a team's home city. Neustar IP Intelligence is based in Mountain View, California and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Neustar, Inc.[1][2] The company's CEO is Lisa Hook.

Neustar, Inc. acquired Quova in November 2010, renaming it Neustar IP Intelligence and rebranding its services at the beginning of 2012.[3]
