New World PCS Limited or NWPCS (Chinese: 新世界流動電話有限公司) was the mobile communication provider of "New World Mobility" in Hong Kong. It was established in 1997 and a wholly owned subsidiary of New World Mobile Holdings Limited (SEHK862).[1] In 2006, NWPCS merged with Hong Kong CSL Limited to form CSL New World Mobility Group, a joint-venture company owned by Telstra Corporation (76.4%) and New World Development (23.6%). It is no longer the direct subsidiary of New World Mobile Holdings Limited and New World Development.[2][3]
