Nirmal Kaur Milkha Singh (née) Saini or Nirmal Kaur was the Indian Women's Volleyball Team Captain.

Biography

She was born 10 October 1938 in Sheikhupura, Punjab (now part of Pakistan). She was Director of Sports for Women in the State Department. She graduated from Punjab University with a master's degree in Political Science in 1958.

Personal Life

Nirmal Saini later married the "Flying Sikh" Milkha Singh.[1] She is also the mother of golf player Jeev Milkha Singh and lives in Chandigarh.[2][3][4]
