Nirsu Narain College Singhara (abbreviated NNC Singhara or N N College) is a constituent College for Graduation in Science, Art and Commerce.It also provides Intermediate in Science , Art and Commerce.It is approved by University Grants Commission (India),[1] permanently affiliated to B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University[2] and funded by Government of Bihar.

Nirsu Narain College, Singhara is a constituent unit of B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University(BRABU), Muzaffarpur, was established in 1970.
