Nitrosoproline is a nitroso derivative of the amino acid proline.

The mixture of nitrosoproline with sodium methoxide is known as PROLI/NO (also PROLINO or ProliNO). It is an "ultrafast" nitric oxide donor which is being studied for its research and clinical applications.[1][2]
