No. 10, Upping St. (a pun on 10 Downing St., the residence and office of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom), is the second album by Big Audio Dynamite, led by former Clash guitarist and songwriter Mick Jones. It was released in 1986 and was co-written and co-produced with Joe Strummer.

  • "Dial A Hitman" contains a spoken-word outro attributed to Matt Dillon and Laurence Fishburne (and with a reference to Jim Jarmusch)[2]
  • "C'mon Every Beatbox" was remixed and released in the US as "Badrock City"
  • "C'mon Every Beatbox", "V. Thirteen", and "Sightsee M.C!" were all released as singles in the UK
  • "C'mon Every Beatbox" contains a sample from the film, "The Harder They Come the Harder They Fall" (1973)
  • "Sambadrome" contains some samples from Brazilian football commentator Osmar Santos

Thirteen" is named for the territorial tags drawn by members of Venice 13 (V13) is a Mexican American street gang based in the Oakwood (aka "Ghost Town") neighborhood of Venice, a section of Los Angeles, California, with a substantial presence in East Venice as well as the Culver City/Los Angeles border, especially around Washington Blvd.
