The North Shore Conference is a high school athletic conference in Wisconsin, USA, including eight schools from the Greater Milwaukee area.

- Germantown Warhawks
- Grafton Black Hawks
- Homestead Highlanders
- Nicolet Knights
- Port Washington Pirates
- Milwaukee Lutheran Red Knights
- Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes
The list of teams does not apply to every sport. For example, in boys' swimming and diving, Germantown is combined with Menomonee Falls and Sussex Hamilton, and thus is not in the conference.
