The Norwegian Union of Municipal Employees (Norwegian: Norsk Kommuneforbund) was a trade union in Norway, organized under the national Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions.

It was founded in 1920,[1] and its chairman the first fifteen years was Gunnar Sethil.[2]

It had 240,000 members in 2000. In 2003 it was merged with the Norwegian Association of Health and Social Care Personnel to create the Norwegian Union of Municipal and General Employees.[1]
