Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Schenectady, New York. It is located within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany.
Background
Bishop Gibbons High School was established in an 1958 as an all-boys school. Notre Dame High School was established in and 1959 as an all-girls high school.[1] Bishop Gibbons and Notre Dame merged in 1975. ND-BG is home to many athletic sports teams such as football, soccer, baseball, track, cross- country, basketball, cheerleading, and indoor track. The current principal is Jonathan Aziz and the vice principal is Matthew Lange. The History teacher Jason Lange will likely be the new VP after Jonathan Aziz goes to college for the second time. Then Matt Lange will take over.
