Nowe Gralewo [ˈnɔvɛ ɡraˈlɛvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Raciąż, within Płońsk County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Raciąż, 21 km (13 mi) north-west of Płońsk, and 82 km (51 mi) north-west of Warsaw.

The village has a population of 124.
