Nzxt (stylized as NZXT) is a computer hardware manufacturer based in Los Angeles, California. The company is best known for being a major manufacturer of computer cases, components, and accessories for the PC gaming market.[1]
The name NZXT is a corruption of the word "next" in uppercase.[2]
History
NZXT was founded in 2004 by Johnny Hou. They specialise in ATX mid tower and full tower cases, as well as accessories such as computer cooling and power systems. While their products are designed in Los Angeles, the large-scale manufacturing takes place in plants in China and Taiwan.
Products
The company's first product was the NZXT Guardian, which features a plastic front bezel resembling Transformers toys and lighting effects.[3] Over time, they gradually expanded to other genres of computer hardware,[4] including computer power supplies,[5] computer cooling, and streaming devices.[6][7]
Other popular NZXT products include the Phantom, H440, and S340 line of computer cases.
