Oeneis glacialis, the Alpine grayling, is a butterfly of the Nymphalidae family. It is found in the Alps at heights of 1400 to 2900 m above sea level.

The wingspan is 50–56 mm. The butterflies are on wing from June to August depending on the location.

The larvae feed on Festuca species.
