The Oklahoma Derby is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually in late September at Remington Park located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Open to three-year-olds, the Grade III stakes is set at a distance of 1+18 miles (9 furlongs) on the dirt. The Derby currently offers a purse of $400,000.[1]

From 1989 through 1996, it was raced at a distance of 1+116 miles (8.5 furlongs).

Originally named the Remington Park Derby, in 2001 the race was renamed the Oklahoma Derby. It is the track's flagship event and the most lucrative Thoroughbred race at Remington Park.
