Oleg Yurievich Lipchenko (Template:Lang-uk; born 13 July 1957) is a Canadian artist and illustrator, member of CANSCAIP.[1]

He was born in Ukraine; has moved to Toronto, Ontario in 1999. He studied Art in Art School in Poltava,[2] Ukraine, Art and Architecture in Poltava Technical University[3] (M.Arch.)

Oleg Lipchenko is the winner of the 2009 Elizabeth Mrazik-Cleaver Canadian Picture Book Award for the Alice's Adventures In Wonderland, published by Studio Treasure[4] and Tundra Books.[5]

Oleg Lipchenko lives in Toronto, Ontario.
