Overview
The company was originally established in Kenya as Dunlop Kenya Limited, a branch of Dunlop United Kingdom; in 2004, the company group was established as Olympia Capital Holdings Limited.
Its corporate direction is toward increasingly diversified manufacture of building materials and home improvement goods such as aluminum window frames, rubber products, curtains and food processing.

Suspension on The Botswana Stock Exchange
In October 2013 the Botswana Stock Exchange-listed subsidiary of Olympia Capital Holdings was suspended from trading. The subsidiary, which owns the bulk of Olympia Capital Holdings' productive assets, was suspended because it has failed to supply the exchange and its shareholders with audited financial statements.[10]
Olympia Capital Corporation was previously suspended from trading on the Botswana Stock Exchange in August 2009 after it failed to report a loss of P17 million in its February 2009 annual report.[11]
