Osamu Chiba (千葉 修, Chiba Osamu, born May 22, 1968) is a former Japanese football player.

Playing career

Chiba was born in Miyagi Prefecture on May 22, 1968. After graduating from Sendai University, he joined Honda in 1991. However he could not play in the match. He moved to Kashima Antlers in 1992. Although he played 5 matches in 1992 J.League Cup, he could hardly play in the match behind Masaaki Furukawa from 1993. He moved to newly was promoted to J1 League club, Kashiwa Reysol in 1995. However he could hardly play in the match and he moved to Japan Football League club Brummell Sendai in 1996. He retired end of 1997 season.
