Oskaloosa College was a liberal arts college based out of Oskaloosa, Iowa. The college was founded in 1857, and was affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). It operated until the first part of the 20th century. The school is considered the forerunner of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

For a good portion of its history, the school endured severe financial hardship. In 1881 most of the staff left Oskaloosa College to start a new school in Des Moines, which would become Drake University. Oskaloosa is now the home to William Penn University.
