Ostrov u Bezdružic is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 13.01 square kilometres (5.02 sq mi), and has a population of 198 (as at 3 July 2006).
Ostrov u Bezdružic lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 102 km (63 mi) west of Prague.
