Otmarov is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 1.25 square kilometres (0.48 sq mi), and has a population of 197 (as at 3 July 2006).
Otmarov lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Brno and 196 km (122 mi) south-east of Prague.
