Template:PBB Phospholipase D2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PLD2 gene.[1][2]

Template:PBB Summary

Interactions

PLD2 has been shown to interact with BIN1,[3] Amphiphysin,[3] Aldolase A,[4] PLCG1,[5] ARF1,[6][7] Src,[8] PRKCD,[9] Glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase,[10] Caveolin 1,[11][12] and Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein.[13]

Inhibitors

  • N-(2-(1-(3-fluorophenyl)-4-oxo-1,3,8-triazaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl)ethyl)-2-naphthamide: 75-fold selective versus PLD1, IC50 = 20 nM.[14]
