Paiga is a village situated in the Damkhauda Mandal of Bareilly District in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located 238 km distance from the state capital Lucknow.[1]

Paiga is a small village and has a population of about 651 persons living in around 108 households. Main families residing in Paiga are of late Jameel Ahmad and Late Mukhiya Inayat Hussein .

Jameel Ahmed two sons resided in Paiga - Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed & Late Mr. Akhlaq Ahmad .

Akhlaq Ahamd was a prominent politician from Indian National Congress and was the District President during 1990-2000. He was prominent social worker from Baheri tehsil serving all communities and needy people of his areas.

At present many families sifted to or satteled to nearly cities like Bareilly, Pilibhit, Rudrapur, Haldwani, Uttrakand etc., and also some families are in New Delhi.

In Paiga most of the population belong to the Muslim Rayeen community
