Parker Gispert

Parker Gispert (born May 24, 1982) is the lead singer of The Whigs. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, a 2001 graduate of The Westminster Schools, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in philosophy.[1][2]
