Part II of the Albanian Constitution

The Part Two (Part II) to the Constitution of Albania is the second of eighteen parts.[1] The name of the chapter is The Fundamental Human Rights and Freedom. It is divided into 6 parts that consists of 49 articles.[1] The parts are:

  2. Personal Rights and Freedom
  3. Political Rights and Freedoms
  4. Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and Freedoms
  5. Social Objectives
  6. People's Advocat
