Paulino Lukudu Loro was born in 23 Aug 1940 in Kwerijik,[1] He is the Archbishop of the Catholic diocese of Juba, South Sudan.He joined the Congregation of the Comboni Missionaries and was ordained as priest on 12 April 1970. He was later appointed the Bishop of El Obeid on 5 March 1979,after five years of service as Apostolic Administrator of that Diocese.[2] He served as the president of Sudan Bishops' conference in 1989-1993 and in 1999-2006.[3] He was appointed as archbishop of juba, South Sudan since 19 Feb 1983 up to date.[4]
