Pavel Nikolayevich Gusev (Russian: Павел Николаевич Гусев; born April 4, 1949, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian journalist and public figure. Editor in Chief (1983) and owner of the newspaper Moskovskij Komsomolets.[1] Chairman of the Moscow Union of Journalists (1991).[1] Member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.[1]
A member of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights.[2] Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (with April 24, 2013).[3]
