Pavlo Mykolaiyovych Burlakov ([Павло Миколайович Бурлаков] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a Ukrainian politician and miner.[1] In 2010-2014 he served as the First Vice Prime Minister of Crimea and ex oficio served as Prime Minister of Crimea upon the abrupt death of Vasyl Dzharty.[2]
