Penuganchiprolu mandal is one of the 50 mandals in the Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.It is famous for Temple called Sri Lakshmi Tirupathamma Temple Located Just side to Muneru River.People from both states visit this devotional place majorly on two particular days "Friday" and "Sunday".This village is also famous for its farmers and profitable agriculture.It has one Public police station,public Hospital and public schools.
