Pete Birrell (born Peter Birrell, 9 May 1941) was a British musician.

Birrell was born in Manchester, Lancashire. He was in the band Freddie and the Dreamers, which had a number of hit records between 1963 and 1964. He played the bass guitar.[1]

After the Dreamers broke up, Birrell became a taxicab driver.
