Phil Conley (August 17, 1934 – March 12, 2014) was an American athlete. He competed in the men's javelin throw at the 1956 Summer Olympics.[1] His wife was Frances K. Conley, the first official female winner of the Bay to Breakers and an acclaimed neurosurgeon.[1]
