Phil Walker (born 27 January 1957) is a former English footballer who played in the Football League for Chesterfield, Rotherham United, Cardiff City and Scarborough.

Walker has organised several charity football matches in aid of a Hodgkin's lymphoma charity fund; his son Jamie suffers from the disease. The events have spanned over a ten-year period, raising over 100,000 pounds in charity funds, with the ten-year anniversary game being held at the place where it all began for his son, at Mansfield town football club.
