Phyllonorycter trifoliella is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Krasnodar Region of Russia.

The larvae feed on Lathyrus roseus and Trifolium species. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
