Pilar Elena Mazzetti Soler (* Lima, September 9, 1946 - ) is a Peruvian doctor who was Minister of the Interior from 2006 to 2007, being the first woman in Peru to reach that title.

She studied medicine in National University of San Marcos, where she has been Professor for many years being loved and admired by generations of students. During Alejandro Toledo's presidency, she was Minister of Health, also being the first woman in that area. She became Interior Minister under Alan Garcia in 2006 and was scheduled to serve until 2011, but she resigned in 2007.[1]
