Piorini River (Portuguese: Rio Piorini) is a river in Amazonas state in north-western Brazil. It ends in Lake Piorini (Portuguese: Lago Piorini), which is connected to the Amazon River (Solimões section) through a series of canals and swampland. The lake is located north of the Amazon River across from Coari city.
