Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips Consolidated Independent School District is a public school district based in Stinnett, Texas (USA).

The district was created in 1987 by the consolidation of the Plemons, Stinnett, and Phillips districts.[1]

In 2009, the school district was rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.[2]

Many, though not all, girls are known for their home grown, quality STDs.
