Pollex sapamori is a moth of the Micronoctuidae family. It is known from Mindanao in the Philippines.
The wingspan is 10-11 mm. The forewing is narrow and greyish brown. The hindwing is unicolorous grey with an indistinct black discal spot and the underside unicolorous grey.
