Early electric locomotive of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad

What about this atmospheric print of a Baltimore and Ohio Railroad electric locomotive from 1895? I'm not quite sure what class it is (possibly an LE-1?), but must be very early as electric locomotives go. The original article it was from is available here. It's used on electric locomotive.
