Poshteh-ye Zilayi Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is a rural district (dehestan) in Sarfaryab District, Charam County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,217, in 831 families.[1] The rural district has 45 villages.
