Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited is a Fujian province-based Chinese real estate development company, listed on the Hong Kong stock market.[1]

It was founded in 2007, employs 9,718 people, and has a land bank of 14.1 million square meters.[2] The company was founded by Xu Jiankang.[3]

The company's chairman is Hoi Kin Hong, a Macanese billionaire.[4][4]

In November 2017, they opened the 23,000 square meter Powerlong Art Museum in Qibao, a township in the Minhang district of Shanghai.[3]
