Téng Hǎibīn (Simplified Chinese: 滕海滨; born January 2, 1985) is a gymnast from Beijing, China. He won gold in the men's pommel horse apparatus at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

NBC commentators stated that the performance that earned Téng the gold medal was not as dynamic as Marius Urzica's (who earned a silver medal at the event), although Téng displayed a higher altitude above the pommel horse than did the other competitors.
