Pseudomeritastis distincta is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in Costa Rica.

The length of the forewings is about 12 mm. The forewings are light grey with ferruginous-brown markings, edged and in part transversely strigulated (finely streaked) with dark brown. The hindwings are pale cream white, becoming brownish at the termen.[2]
