The Western Australian sculpin (Psychrolutes occidentalis) is a species of deep-sea fish of the Psychrolutidae family.

Distribution

Eastern Indian Ocean known only from around Rowley Shoals, off northwestern Australia.

Biology

The species is found on the continental slope, and is benthic.
