Queijada is a type of sweet made most famously made in Sintra, Portugal. It is a small sweet prepared using cheese or requeijão, eggs, milk, and sugar. Other queijadas are produced in Madeira, Oeiras, Évora and Pereira (Montemor-o-Velho).
