Quercus iltisii is an uncommon Mexican species of oak in the beech family. It is has been found only in a small region in the States of Jalisco and Colima in western Mexico.[2]
Description
Quercus iltisii is an evergreen tree up to 25 meters tall, with a trunk sometimes as much as 100 cm in diameter. Leaves are thin, flat, narrowly lance-shaped, hairless on the upper surface but hairy on the underside, up to 18 cm long.[2]
